Customization

Three levels, one ladder, no surprise minimums.

You can confirm a direction with a handful of finished pieces, or commit to a dedicated pack once the line has buyers. The quantity ladder is the same at every level, and it is published here rather than quoted at the end.

The three levels

What each level actually covers

Level 01

Reference components

1–5 pieces

  • Reference bottle from the current standard range
  • Current standard cap and pump, no tooling
  • Digital label applied to the reference component
  • Generic box or sleeve for presentation

Best for: confirming the scent, photographing the concept, showing a buyer before you commit.

Level 02

Digital print labelling

100 pieces and up · stock bottle, hand-filled

  • Your artwork across label, sleeve and card
  • Laser marking or high-resolution UV transfer
  • Colour matched across several directions
  • One bottle family across the range

Best for: launching a first line without tooling, testing several directions on one shelf.

Level 03

Dedicated packaging

500–2,000 pieces, tiered

  • Dedicated bottle finishing and decoration
  • Private-mould cap or closure
  • Dedicated rigid box, insert and assembly
  • Specification sheet and sealed reference sample

Best for: established lines, gifting programmes, spa and hotel accounts.

Level 02 fills from 100 pieces into stock bottles. Level 03 adds dedicated tooling and packaging, which starts at 500 pieces and moves with the component rather than with a policy.

Bottle & pump options

Nine stock components you can start from

These nine are held in stock, so none of them carries a component minimum — the mould and the glass are already paid for. Each takes a digital label without tooling, and each can stand alone or run as one family across a range. The volume shown is the standard fill for that mould, not a limit on the brief.

There is no minimum on the bottle itself — we hold these in stock, so a brief can start at whatever quantity the filling line can run. Perfume and filling are quoted as one line; caps, boxes and decoration are quoted as a separate packaging line, so you can see what the juice costs before you commit to a mould. A dedicated mould moves the brief to Level 03. If you already hold your own bottle or pump, send the dimensions and we will tell you whether it can be run.

Quantity ladder

Where the floors sit

Each process has its own floor, and the gaps between them are what decide a first order. The five floors, process by process →

Three ranges in practice. The full breakdown, process by process, sits on the minimum order page.
What you are orderingFloorWhat it covers
Finished-goods trial1–5 piecesStock components and a printed label; nothing tooled
Hand-filled production100 piecesStock bottle, standard pump; the bottle itself carries no floor
Dedicated packaging500–2,000 piecesDecoration, private-mould cap and rigid box, each with its own floor

Stock bottles are quoted at whatever quantity the brief needs. Bulk perfume can be hand-filled on these components from 100 pieces, the lowest point at which the line runs cleanly. Packaging is priced as its own line and tops out at 2,000 pieces per component combination. If a brief needs more than that, it is handled as a separate project rather than quoted from this page.

Sampling

What a sample actually settles

Before the sample

Feasibility is checked across nine customisation points — bottle, neck, pump, cap, box, label, scent, concentration and fill size — so a component conflict is found before money is committed, not at the sampling stage.

You receive one of three answers in writing: workable as specified, workable with a substitution, or not workable.

After the sample

  1. The approved sample is sealed and held as the reference.
  2. A specification sheet records scent code, concentration, fill volume, appearance, spray function, leak criteria, decoration position and artwork version.
  3. Production is judged against that sheet, not against memory or a photograph.

Questions

Asked before every first order

Who actually makes the product?

We do not describe the ownership of the facilities we work with, and we do not display their certificates on this site. What we can tell you is what we do: develop the fragrance direction and packaging specification with you, verify feasibility across the nine points, hold the sealed reference sample, and manage production and documentation for your market. If your process requires a site visit before an order can be placed, say so in the brief and we will tell you early whether we can support it.

What is the smallest order you can take?

Finished goods on reference components start at 1–5 pieces. Hand-filled production on stock bottles starts at 100 pieces. Dedicated packaging starts at 500 pieces and steps up to 2,000 depending on bottle, pump and box. There is no third range in between, and we would rather say that now than after you have designed a label around it.

Can I use my own bottle and pump?

Usually yes, subject to the feasibility check. Send the component specification or a sample photograph with dimensions. If the neck, collar and cap do not fit, we say so before quoting rather than after.

How quickly will I hear back?

First reply within 24 business hours, and a feasibility note with quotation in about five business days. The file carries the name of the person answering it, from brief through to shipment.

Do you provide documents for my market?

On request: SDS, CoA, IFRA conformity and stability reports. The list separates what we provide from what you or your local importer must file, so you can see your own obligations before you commit.

Can you match a fragrance I already sell?

Describe the family, the weight and the impression you want, or send a sample. We do not work from another brand’s name, and we do not put third-party brand names on pack or page.

Can I hold inventory with you and reorder later?

No inventory is held against a page like this one. Reorders are quoted against the approved specification and the component availability at the time of the order.

Send the brief. We will tell you which level fits.

Market, directions, quantity and packaging level are enough to start. First reply within 24 business hours.
